What’s your background?
Arthur Muñiz is a Southern California native whose journey from humble beginnings has shaped his passion for finance and helping others. Born and raised in the vibrant SoCal culture, as a child, Arthur excelled in sports, particularly soccer and surfing, showcasing an early determination and discipline. His love for numbers led him to excel in math and science, eventually earning him a coveted spot at his dream school, UCSB, where he graduated with a BA in Business Economics.
Arthur’s financial acumen traces back to his teenage years when he discovered his calling as a second-generation financial advisor. His first taste of the working world involved driving a tractor at a local driving range, an experience that taught him the value of time and the impact of taxes on earnings. Raised by a single parent, Arthur draws inspiration from his mother, whose unwavering grit, holding two jobs while studying, instilled in him the resilience needed to achieve one’s goals.
Driven by a genuine love for helping people, Arthur’s commitment to financial advising goes beyond the numbers. With a heart for making a positive impact, he brings a unique blend of expertise, empathy, and firsthand understanding of the value of hard work to his clients.
What do you enjoy doing when you’re not working?
Outside the world of finance, Arthur finds joy in diverse activities. A culinary enthusiast, he enjoys cooking and exploring new restaurants. His love for travel extends to family adventures, complemented by an appreciation for wine tasting. Whether on the golf course or riding the waves, Arthur embraces the outdoors, showcasing a well-rounded approach to life.
What are three things on your bucket list?
Arthur hopes to surf in Indonesia, view a soccer game between Barcelona vs Real Madrid, and travel to Greece and Italy with his family someday.
